At SXPS, we believe that the Physical education plays a vital role in creating a self dependent, self reliant. self sufficient individuals. It also helps to produce well disciplined Nation's builders. Therefore, sports are an integral part of our education system. Students may begin their day with morning exercise,yoga and jogging. This would channelise energy in a positive way. To make them good at their respective sport, our expert coaches and trainers impart valuable tips towards promoting their skills. A big sports ground for basketball,volleyball,badminton and cricket reflect our seriousness for games and sports. We encourage students to participate in healthy competitions by conducting inter-house and inter-school tournaments.

At SXPS, social service plays a significant role in the extra-curricular activities of the school. Students are encouraged to take up Socially Useful Productive Works (SUPW). Students are awared for environmental protection, afforestation and other conservation projects. This helps develop empathy towards the society we all live in.

Special emphasis is laid on Music and Dance. Disciplines like Indian classical & folk dance, western music, instrumental music and singing are offered to students to develop their skills. They are encouraged to participate in the annual cultural events. It will develop their skills and help them gain the confidence to perform on stage.

SXPS promote students for Art & Craft. School offers a large variety of co-curricular activities. Students enjoy hobby classes in painting. coloring,stitching,rangoli and poster Making etc.

Opportunities for Creative Writing and taking part in Debates, Recitation and Declamation, to improve rhetorical skills and eloquence in public speaking are provided. More importantly, students are encouraged to exhibit these skills. They are escorted to cultural programmes and prepared to represent the school in co-curricular fixtures hosted by our school.

At SXPS, we expect a high level of politeness, decorum and presentation at all times. And that's why we have experts to train our students in the Art of Etiquette. The emphasis is on overall Personality Development Social Etiquette, Confidence Building, Body Language, Art of Dressing, understanding Family Values,discipline at Home and at school. These classes are conducted by our school teachers and professionals.

We understand that the parent's active participation in the life of the school is essential if we intend to flourish our school community. We would like the parents's experience to be a positive one. Parents would be kept informed of all school events through SMS/Mobile App.They will follow their child's progress through regular and detailed school reports. The management would also welcome the parents to visit the school to discuss matters of concern with the school Academic heads. This way we ensure that everyone contributes to the outstanding development of students.

We would like our students to be proud of their heritage and imbibe a strong value system based on mutual respect for all cultures and traditions. That‘s why we always create an environment that enables us to ‘celebrate all festivals with equal reverence.

The school amenities include indoor activity halls for both junior and senior students to conduct - indoor games, morning assembly,seminars,group discussions,Debate, Quiz and career counselling,teachers Workshop programs and also schedule for various occasions to promote public speaking.
The school also provides safe & secure campus with CCTV cameras and also GPS systems, Bus Camera is provided in school buses. In addition to the above,school provides separate T/T room, indoor games room,music room for both instrumental & Vocal'.

The House system has a special relevance at SXPS. The school is divided into houses. Each house will be an autonomous unit under the care of a House Captain. It will be a structured community of students where they develop feelings of loyalty, responsibility of living in a family and leadership. The houses will compete on a wide variety of disciplines like dance, music debates, quiz ,dramatics, tournaments etc. In fact, these activities test students and encourage them to exploit their hidden talent. The school's academic session commences in April each year. There are two terms as follows:

A. First Term: April 01 to September 30
B. 2nd Term : October 01 to march 31.
